STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!! He's not even worth one star

He is extremely deceitful and frightening. He has ripped off countless of people and is completely unlawful. All the comments below are absolutely true. And in my case is just as bad if not worse. For anyone who has rented or is currently renting from him and have a problem, PLEASE contact me. For anyone who is thinking about renting from him, please take our advice and: DO NOT RENT FROM NICK PAULOS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

HORRIBLE!

We were married in August 2005. We have tried everything to try and locate her. We tried BBB, city of SF small claims, registrars office, phone, email...we even stopped by her apartment to find that she moved and left no forwarding address or contact info. She took our money and ran! My husband and I were so sympathetic and even worried when we heard she was experiencing some "emergency family problems". We felt horrible so were very patient and tried to give her as much time as needed but it turns out she just disappeared with our money and we never so much as even got a sample. All we want is the raw footage. We don't even care if it's not edited. We wrote her and her husband letters to no avail. It's almost 3 years and it still hurts me. I am so disappointed. We thought she was trustworthy but it turns out she is a scam artist!

HORRIBLE SLUMLORD DO NOT RENT

Long story short- DO NOT rent from Reza Valiyee. He is a horrible landlord. He will cause you stress, energy, time and lots of money. He is known for withholding deposits and he charges around $32 per tenant each month just for water and garbage. We are taking him to court; I wish i were warned. Also, his assisants name is michael and his email is berkeleyapartmentguy so make sure you do not end up signing a lease with reza through micheal!

Great urban full-service spa with pool!

It's hard to find something other than a day spa in San Francisco. The Nob Hill Spa is one of the few that actually has a jacuzzi, pool, food service and all the other usual amenities available at a day spa. The pool area is great... you can either lounge inside and sip on cucumber water, or sunbathe outside on their terrace overlooking the city. The terrace is a bit small so you have to scout out your space for optimal sun :) The massage was great, the staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint I have is that there are only 2 showers in the women's locker room so people had to wait in line.

Still waiting for the finished product

I feel the pain of all of you have been left in the cold. My wife and I are at the point were we just don't care. All we have are copies of the dvd's that went to family. The personalized copy is MIA. My wife went to the BBB and nothing came of it. Not sure what the issues were but Sandy just disappeared like Hoffa. I want the goods we paid for. I will be more than happy to join/assist in any complaint that gets me my final copy.
